THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING VARIANCES THE APPLICANT IS SEEKING A VARIANCE FROM LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2014, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 4.4.18, PERMITTING A PORTION OF THE ABOVE PROPERTY TO BE DESIGNATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SCHOOL BUS PARKING/STORAGE.
