THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF TERRI LEE LANE 145+/- FEET FROM THE INTERSECTION OF SCOTFORD STREET. THE PROPERTY IS DESIGNATED ON THE TOWN OF RAMAPO TAX MAP AS SECTION 42.10, BLOCK 1, LOT 50 IN A 1R-35 ZONING DISTRICT.
- PUBLIC HEARING JOSEPH KRIEGER, 24 SANDY BROOK DRIVE, NEW HEMPSTEAD NY 10977 TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND USE OF A SINGLE STORY SECONDARY STRUCTURE FOR A PLACE OF ASSEMBLY.
